I HAVE LEARNED TO STOP RUSHING THINGS THAT NEED TIME TO GROW

The year 2021 taught a big lesson that I can not forget in my life. I am interested in growth and open to learning new skills to stay updated in the industry

In the learning journey, I got to realize that it is not everything and every time that I need to rush in other to get the result that I need either when learning or preparing to learn a skill.

Learning has a different phase and one of those phases is consistency. During the consistency phase, you need to take things slowly and understand the process very well.

Some months ago I wrote my midyear report which consists of accountability. During this last phase of the year, I got to realize that every good thing needs a slow, steady, and continuous process over a rush process.

I am a creative graphic designer and I have seen what it takes to design a project in less than one hour and also five hours.

Learning advance graphic design requires time and consistency to grow and if in any means I try to rush the process, I fail myself and feel unhappy about the end result of the design.

For a good design to be produced it requires time. That’s why I keep saying designers are not magicians but creative designers inspired by God.

The design process is a step by step process that those not need to be rushed.

Rushing to complete a project or training will end up in getting nothing out of the training or project.

Why the rush? Why not take your time and understand every process of that project or training before you complete it.

Rushing things that need time to grow is not a good idea and I am asking a simple question.

WHAT ARE YOU RUSHING TO ACHIEVE? Take your time to understand the process and grow gradually rather than rushing.

Your salvation needs time to grow.

You need time to grow in your career.

Don’t rush things that need time to grow because growth is a gradual process.
